Shipping Policy
Shipping for prepaid orders within India is Free.
INR 150 Additional Is Charged on all COD Order.
We dispatch orders within 7 working days of order placement and you will get an update once dispatched on your email and phone number.
Order with Fall and edging will be estimate to dispatch between 7 to 10 days, Customization order dispatch is based on case to case basic.
All shipping times are estimated in good faith to be anywhere between 8-10 business days (due to the COVID crisis) depending on the location. Delivery times for international orders will be 12-15 working days.
Return & Refund Policy
As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. But if you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us and we can review on a case by case basis.
All the sales discounted brought with a coupon and customized products are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.
Customization Order are not eligible for return and replacement
Sarees with Fall and Edging are not eligible for return and replacement.
COD orders are not eligible for return, replacement will entertain additional cost of INR150.
